Swedish massage - Long soothing strokes with light to moderate pressure. This massage is made to relax muscles and reduce stress. Great for first time massage.

Deep Tissue/Neuromuscular Therapy- Utilizes heavy pressure to affect the deeper layers of tissue. Great for chronic pain and the release of Trigger Points.

Aromatherapy- A swedish style that uses essential oils. This can reduce stress, relax or rejuvenate depending on what oils that you select to use during your session.

Pregnancy- Relief for the mommy to be. You are comforted during the massage with cradling pillows while on the table. Strokes are similar to swedish with extra care given to the areas that may be over stressed at this time. *Massage may only be given after the first trimester ends*

Hot Stone- Heated smooth, flat stones are placed on key points on the body. The massage therapist may also hold the stones and use them to massage certain areas of the body. ( This service it offered ONLY in my Spa Room)

Reflexology-  Applied direct pressure to the hands and feet in a strategic way that stimulates every part, gland and organ of the body. Offers an all over sense of well being.

Sports-  A series of stretches and compressions in order to warm and lengthen the muscle tissue. This improves flexibility and muscle performance.

Hand or Foot Treatment -  Take care of tired and achy hands or feet with a little extra attention warm mits are utilized that contain moisturizers and a blend of essential oils to refresh and revive .

Microdermabrasion - Microdermabrasion treatments use a minimally abrasive instrument to gently sand your skin, removing the thicker, uneven outer layer, and cleans the pores. This type of skin rejuvenation is used to treat light scarring, discoloration, sun damage and fine lines.

 Late arrivals - please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require me to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. I regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. When booking your appointments within 24 hours Changes or Cancellations will be subject to a fee.
